Manufacturer’s guarantee
Only servicing and maintenance or repairs carried out by DIAMAL or its approved network Distributors in accordance with the guarantee enable us to ensure the benefit of the manufacturer’s guarantee of two years or 50,000 km, as soon as the first of the two occurs.

In fact, only DIAMAL and its approved Distributors have OPEL electronic diagnostics and special tools, adapted to the particular characteristics of the vehicles, and are trained in the technical updates communicated by the manufacturer, an assurance of approved servicing of the vehicles of the brand.
   
After-sales service
Priority and reliable processing of problems with guarantees, rapid servicing with a complete list of checks, quality repairs carried out in accordance with the rules and respecting the estimates agreed by the customers, these have become clear arguments for satisfying and retaining customers.

Modern technical equipment, adapted to the brands represented, special tools recommended by the manufacturer, facilities that are sufficiently spacious, are at the disposal of technical staff regularly trained in the latest technologies and equipment fitted in the vehicles.

DIAMAL is committed to constantly improving its service in this difficult area, in particular by striving to care for customer relations, from arrival on the premises, in the servicing department, or when the vehicle is returned.

The best service is also the availability of guaranteed spare parts, in Algiers and in the national network. To achieve this, storage capacities have been increased, allowing customers’ needs to be met through a higher number of referrals and items: carefully-planned availability and pricing, which remain the best weapons to counter imports of parts by the black market – adjustable, indeed counterfeit.

Guaranteed spare parts
Only OPEL guaranteed spare parts can ensure the smooth operation of new vehicles distributed by DIAMAL and its network, and how long these will last. These spare parts are only available from DIAMAL, its approved Distributors and its approved Servicing Centres in Algiers. Availability is permanently assured by regular monthly deliveries to the manufacturer and by establishing central stocks at DIAMAL Algiers.

Tool stocks have also been established at every approved Distributor of the DIAMAL network.

Delivery
Delivery of new OPEL vehicles takes place at the DIAMAL “Bordj El Kiffan” site, on the outskirts of Algiers. Handover of the vehicles – instructions on the main practicalities of the car and transfer of administrative documents – is carried out by specially trained staff. Indeed, vehicle delivery is the most important moment for the customer, a moment of joy that we must support.

DIAMAL branches in Oran and Hassi-Messaoud, as well as network distributors, carry out delivery of OPEL vehicles under the same conditions, at their respective sites.

Financing
DIAMAL is a partner of banking and financing institutions which offer credit options for cars.
The OPEL showroom at Annassers, Algiers, accommodates several sales people representing credit institutions: within the network, sales people are informed of the conditions of eligibility for the different options on offer, and give useful advice to their customers
